Welcome to The Laurels First School!
The Laurels is a small First School, situated in West Durrington area of Worthing. We currently have approximately 160 children on roll.
At the Laurels we aim to create a warm, happy, family environment that is constantly evolving to meet the needs of our children and families.
Our vision is that children will grow emotionally, academically and socially during their time with us. The core values that underpin our curriculum are:

We understand that children learn best when they are fully involved in the learning process, enjoy what they are doing and have opportunities to develop new skills and work with others. We update our curriculum regularly to keep it exciting, hands on and in tune with the children’s needs.
We welcome visits to our school and these can be arranged through the school office. We are sure you will be impressed by the calm but exciting learning environment, our enthusiastic, motivated children and friendly, supportive staff.
